Our proctoring services ensure the exam process is conducted in accordance with ServSafe testing standards and certification requirements. Exam sessions are available for individuals, organizations, and group training participants.

Organizations ServSafe Training Supports

 Connecticut law requires Class II, III, and IV food establishments to employ at least one ANSI-accredited Certified Food Protection Manager. ServSafe certification fulfills this requirement. Certified managers must maintain certification, remain on site during operations, and pass an approved certification exam every five years. ServSafe training and certification may benefit:
